Prof. Asst. Dr. Vjosë Latifi is an academic and researcher in the field of business and management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from South East European University, North Macedonia, and completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Management and Informatics at the University of Pristina, Kosovo.
Dr. Latifi currently serves as Vice-Dean of the Faculty of International Business Management at the Public International Business College Mitrovica, where she contributes to strategic management and academic development. She is also an assistant professor at IBCM, teaching management-related courses while actively engaging in curriculum development and student mentorship. Additionally, she is a member of the Academic Council and the Commission for Studies and Quality Assurance at IBCM.
Alongside her academic roles, Dr. Latifi has gained professional experience in financial management, project assistance, and human resource management. She has published research in international peer-reviewed journals and has actively participated in numerous international and regional academic conferences. Her research interests include entrepreneurship, ethical decision-making, innovation, and business education development. She also serves as a reviewer for international academic journals, contributing to the advancement of research and business education practices.
