About me
Romana Bélová is a deputy director for social work in Slezská diakonie (Czech Republic) which provides 112 various social services with around 1000 staff members and 10 000 service users. With her professional background she is a social worker, she also has a degree in social management and is active as a psychotherapist. As a deputy director she is responsible since 2011 for quality of social services, for innovations, staff professional training and project management in Slezská diakonie. She is also involved in international cooperation within various projects and activities.
