About me
Oliver Lohaj is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at the Technical University of Košice. His research focuses on machine learning, explainable and human-centered AI, usability of intelligent systems, and the societal impacts of digital technologies. He is actively involved in several international and national projects, including AlfaLabs (AI-driven inclusive education), METACOG (AI literacy and critical thinking), and APVV-22-0414 – MODERMED, which investigates multimodal detection of toxic behavior in social media. His work emphasizes trustworthy AI, digital inclusion, and the responsible design of data-driven systems.
