Olga Štěpánková's schedule for 2026 (eng)aging! Conference

We present to you the 2026 (eng)aging! – 9th International Conference on Aging & Technology Fair held on May 14 – 15, 2026, in Prague. The event will take place as an in-person meeting in Česká spořitelna Palace in Prague (Rytířská 29, Praha 1) and also will be streamed online for those who can not physically attend.

This year’s edition will focus on Communities for All Ages. Additionally, it will showcase technologies and solutions that enhance the quality of life for older adults at the technology fair.

The event is co-financed by International Visegrad Fund, Czech-German Future Fund, and Česká spořitelna.

(eng)aging! project is run by Active Aging Center (AAC), a non-governmental organization, which develops
projects focused on improving life of older people - “Happy Senior” and “Good Investment”, in cooperation with KEYNOTE, a well- established consultancy.

About me

Olga Stepankova is the head of the department Biomedical Engineering and Assistive Technology (BEAT) of CIIRC (www.ciirc.cvut.cz). Her research is focused on artificial intelligence, data mining, robotics and their utilization for interpretation of biomedical data and for development of assistive technologies. She is she is the Czech local coordinator of two international projects, namely DISTINCT Dementia: Intersectorial strategy for training and innovation network for current technology (https://www.dementiadistinct.com/) and of the project CSI-COP: Citizen Scientists Investigating Cookies and App GDPR Compliance (https://csi-cop.eu/)
