About me
Magdalena Merk is a job market practitioner with over 25 years of experience in headhunting, competency development, talent advisory, job market transformation, change management, and communication. She has worked with global companies, including General Electric, Citigroup, Bosch, ABB, Frosta, and Sonova, as well as fintech companies, startups, and private equity funds.
For the past two years, she has led one of the largest Polish communities of 50+ professionals through the LinkedIn group Kariera 50+, which brings together over 50,000 members. In this role, she has organized several training and networking events and collaborated with public institutions and universities.
She is the author of the “Change Management in ESG” program for the Polish Chamber of Commerce, developed as part of the ESG School, a leading program focused on ESG implementation. She also created the “Competency Recognition” program for secondary school students, which has been successfully implemented in two high schools in Warsaw.
