About me
Kateřina is a researcher and lecturer at Charles University specializing in active gerontology and life-course longevity. She is the founder of the movement-education concept PERMANENTO and Principal Investigator of a national health research project on functional resilience in later life. She has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals on physical activity, sustainability, and ageing. Her work bridges research and practice and promotes a view of ageing as a lifelong process shaped by movement, responsibility, and community rather than as unavoidable decline.
