She is a sociologist, and practitioner specializing in rural community research and the implementation of social innovations. As the Head of both the Social Innovation Centre (CEIN) and the Department of Rural, Urban, and Social Change Sociology at the University of Lodz, she bridges the gap between academic research and active engagement with local rural communities. She has extensive experience leading national and international projects focused on designing and implementing social innovations to address a wide range of social challenges.
