Judit Kocsis is a doctoral candidate at the Semmelweis University School of PhD Studies in the Mental Health Sciences Programme. Her research focuses on labour-market equality and the employment participation of family caregivers. In the 2024–2025 academic year, she conducted research at Arizona State University as a Pannónia Scholarship fellow, examining employer approaches to supporting caregiver-employees in Arizona. Alongside her academic work, she serves as an advisor on equality at the Welfare Office of the Municipality of Budapest’s 12th District.
