About me
MSc. Ismail Baxhaku is a Lecturer at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), Telecommunications Engineer, and PhD Candidate with nearly 20 years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector. He currently also works at IPKO Telecommunications, specializing in mobile communication systems, radio access networks, and 4G/5G technologies.
He completed his Master’s studies at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania, and is currently pursuing his PhD studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek (FERIT), University of Osijek, Croatia.
His research focuses on electromagnetic wave attenuation, microwave resonator networks, IoT, and digital transformation. He is actively engaged in analytical, numerical, and experimental research related to electromagnetic shielding and advanced communication systems.
In addition to his academic and professional activities, he is the author and moderator of KosTech Talk, a platform dedicated to technology, innovation, cybersecurity, and digital society, bringing together experts from academia and industry to discuss current technological developments and challenges.
