Dr. Bujar Gallopeni is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, and currently holds senior academic leadership roles of Vice-Rector for Academic, Quality and Student Affairs and Chair of the Academic Council at the Public International Business College Mitrovica. He completed his doctoral studies in Psychology at the University of Sheffield, focusing on retirement intentions among older adults in Europe from a cohort perspective. His research interests span active ageing, labour market participation, research systems development, higher education reform, and evidence-based public policy.
He has authored and co-authored research reports, policy analyses, and academic publications on topics including research and innovation systems, university governance, labour market services, child protection, and organizational development.
