Tomasz has been exploring social stratification and digital inequalities for more than 20 years. He gained his academic and research experience at the European University Institute in Florence and the University of Lodz. He has been an active contributor to several international research initiatives, including the PROFIT project (Policy Responses Overcoming Factors in the Intergenerational Transmission of Inequalities) and the QUALIEUROPE project focused on lifestyles and social class inequality in Europe. Additionally, he played a key role in the Norwegian and EEA Grants funded project on sustainable society and quality of life measurement. Since 2012, Tomasz has been involved in both teaching and research activities at the University of Lodz, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor.
